Fit4You delivers PE and CPD programs across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. 

Based in Inishowen, Donegal, I bring a strong combination of motivation, qualifications, and experience in the field of Physical Activity. I have a proven track record in delivering PE sessions to preschool children, children with additional needs, and primary school students from Junior Infants through 6th Class. Additionally, I have collaborated with class teachers to plan and implement fun, engaging, and effective PE lessons within school environments. 

During CPD sessions, I demonstrate strategies to ensure an inclusive approach to Physical Education. In addition, each participant is provided with a Continuing Professional Development Plan, which includes guided support for assessing impact and outcomes. 

With experience teaching PE in schools throughout the UK and locally in Donegal, Fit4You guarantees high-quality, experienced CPD delivery in your school. My credentials include an Honours Degree in Sports Science from Loughborough University, a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supporting the Delivery of Physical Education and School Sport, as well as qualifications in Personal Training and General Fitness Instruction.
