Fit4You provides a range of fun fitness PE activities to pre-schools and schools across Inishowen and the wider community. We are trained with the necessary skills to deliver the sessions.. 

Fit4You has experience delivering school PE for over 6 years with experience in both the Republic of Ireland and UK. Our experience includes cross-curricular activities ranging from the delivery of PE, PPA (UK allocation time to teachers for planning, preparation and assessment activities), afterschool clubs and camps, intervention groups and teacher CPD.

I have experience working in a range of different school settings and hold a BSC Sports Science (Hons), Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supporting the Delivery of Physical Education and School Sport as well as numerous governing body coaching awards.

Our aim is to provide the best in PE Service Provision supported with full onsite and offsite support from Fit4You.  We will do our utmost best to become a part of the school community by liaising with Principals, Teachers and other staff regularly while following the school procedures and protocols regarding discipline, sanctions and rewards.
